No. Only count miles that are outside of your daily routine. You CANNOT use pedometer or any type of fitness bands that record normal daily steps.
You will have a paper that shows exercise conversions and how to convert them. You will decide if your activity is moderate, low, or vigorous.
You can get your team’s packet on this website under participant info or if you cannot get them online, you can pick them up at the Monroe County Extension Office.
Please turn in all info into the Monroe Co. Extension Office by March 3rd if possible but no later than March 10th, as we will no longer be accepting teams after this date.
You can fax your team’s papers to Monroe Co. Extension (423) 442-9972 drop them off by the office.
The Wrap-Up survey is for after WAT ends. All members can fill it out via this website. There will be a link during the last week where you can submit your answers and feedback to us.
